Collective Flat is the story of the Victory Hotel - a nine story symbol of the grandeur and splendor of colonial life in Vietnam. Tham, a longtime servant in the hotel, now acting as its guardian, has borne withness to the many secrets harbored by the hotel and its inhabitants.
